good luck!...alot of times you don't have to worry about naked edges if your milling , however if your growing then you cannot have naked edges

yes your problem is in the tips of the pear setting they are open that happens in alot of the pointed settings!..you can always make the setting in head studio, then ungroup it,and rebuild the gallerys (hide the prongs first) ..one way to do…

Yeah, I have also had problems with some bugs (always in plug-ins, never in Rhino). The upgrade to Matrix is something I have thought about, but it is much more expensive.
