Brazil for Rhinogold transfer

Hi

Ive just upgraded my computer and ive transfered rhino and rhino gold over but cant transfer my brazil. I have tried the download in the user area and after 7 hours of it downloading ( slow internet) it gave an error message. Any ideas??
