Help! Raster to vector Bug in Rhinogold 3.0

Hi All

I'm very new to RhinoGold and i'm having real problems trying to fix the bug in the raster to vector command.

I know from looking at this forum that this is a known problem

I would appreciate any really, really simple instructions on how to solve this problem. Really simple, step by step, I'm using windows and just get an error message.

If there is no known real solution yet to this bug in Rhinogold 3.0. Any advice on how to do a similar command in Rhino 4.0??
