As Larry said, the white gold always are problem! :) All is reflected in them!
Let me explain how disable the reflexion. Please take a look this render. Now, this is the default. All the objects reflect to all the objects.
How to disable the reflexion:
1. Apply your material from Render Studio
2. Click on Material Editor Icon or type MaterialEditor in the command prompt.
3. Select the material, normally is the last:
4. Now we will select what objects we want don't be reflected, in this case, we have two: the ring and the ground plane, then just will exclude the ground planes. Click on the icon and click on the ground plane:
Now, all the materials with white gold don't reflect the ground plane, here the result:
Other interesting thing is modify the glossiness value, you can try different values. In this case I used 80%:
Here the result:
If you have any doubt, don't hesitate to contact me.
Thanks and best regards,

I'm still having trouble. When I open the material editor it only displays basic materials. There are no Brazil chrome materials showing so the menu to edit the chrome parameters is not available. If it makes any difference I'm using the demo program. Perhaps the demo program is limited? I'm going to have to upgrade soon because today is the last day the Brazil demo is valid. Let me know as soon as you can if I'm missing some other obvious step.
