Hello Lauri!

 

Try to uninstall rhinogold plugin and restart your machine. then try to reinstall rhinogold. see if that helps. have you any other plugins installed in rhino?

Yes I have rhino jewel, T-splines and Brazil.

I'll try to uninstall rhino gold and see how it goes.

Hi Laurie,

 

Please may you try to protect the load the others plugins? 

 

How to unable:

1. Execute the command PluginManager.

2. Find the plugin and click on the checkbox.

 

3. Close RhinoGold and open it again.

 

I don't think Brazil is the problem.

Hi Rafael and Christof

I have uninstalled / reinstalled  RG with no change. And I have just checked not the brazil box but the rhino renderer box.

I noticed that brazil had not been loading, I had not turned it on.

But it made no change, I'm still having a problem it also takes the image in each view port a second or two to change,

For example if I draw a circle then click on it each view port will highlight it one after the other.

Could it be a setting to do with my graphics card (geforce GT540M cuda 1gb)?

Hi Rafael

I downloaded a new driver for my graphics card, Works much better now. 

I still have a delay in starting a command and the command opening, Dynamic profile is a good example.

When I activate the command there is a delay of about 5 seconds before the interface opens.

Do you have any suggestions?

One question, if you use Ring Wizard is the same problem? And if you execute the command ProfileManager?

Hi Rafael

I just had a look and Ring wizard works straight away so does profile manager, also add new profile works instantly.

Still a five second wait for dynamic profile, cutter studio has about 10seconds and Channel about 8sec.

Perhaps this is normal and I should not worry?

I am not sure that it would be about the hardware and probably an internal hiccup may be causing this issue.  I would likely consider running them on a more stable implementation just to see how it is going to take that as a solution and probably make it more available to every job that you are going to accomplish with it.  Good luck and I hope that you get it to run smooth soon.
