RhinoGold Render Studio installation problem
Hi,
I've just purchased the full version of RhinoGold and Render Studio after being impressed with the trial over the last few weeks.
Rhinogold has installed without a hitch but I am having issues with Render Studio. I have attached the error below:
That pops up when I click "Render Studio for Brasil r/s" within RhinoGold.
A few notes:
-I uninstalled RhinoGold and Render Studio trials before installing fresh using the files from the 'My RhinoGold' section of the website.
-RhinoGold or Rhino were not running when Installing Render Studio.
-Render Studio was working fine when using the trial.
-Render Studio didn't ask for my serial key during installation.
Did anyone else have this problem when installing? Or any ideas of what I'm doing wrong?

OK, After a bit of frustration I went for a full reformat and reinstall of Windows 7.
Now Rhinogold render studio is loading when clicked but I am now getting the error below.
And if I continue and do a render I end up with a black model on a nice background.
This is on a fresh windows install, nothing installed other than video drivers.
Any help?

I just want to thank Enric publicly on the board for helping me with my issues here. Using Skype and a remote desktop connection it was cleared up painlessly.
I couldn't ask for better post sales support.

Could you post a solution for this problem, i've got it too! I've done following:
1. Uninstall rhinogold sr3 and RenderStudio trials
2. Install Rhinogold sr4 and RenderStudio trials, downloaded today from www.rhinogold.com
3. While pressing Render button get the same error
What steps should i do to resolve this problem?
