"the other thing is how fast do you work ...if you work fast you probably could cut the nug by hand faster then designing it, layout and going back over it to tweek it....sometimes I'ts a combination of milling to get the 'base' then…"

"either way will work...you might have to go back at it a little even after the milling to clean it up or make it a little better"

"another way to do it fast is to mill the piece with no nug texture and then carve the nuggets in the wax by hand using a ball burr"

"couple ways to do it ..if you want to try this way copy the nugget or look one up on the internet you like...save the jpg into your texture folder and then use texture…"

When making a ring and applying thickness to the 12 o'clock position I can't seem to get it to go past .98 in thickness. I would like to be able to make the wall thickness a bit thicker in many instances but there is some limiting factor there. Is there a way to get around that? What I am trying to do is to save a bit of weight on the ring. "sometimes if the offset dosen't work with soled option, just offset surface with the desier distance and delete the orignal one and close the open gaps betwen the surface and adges using " surface from 2,3,4 edge-curves."
