I am having a problem with missing tools in 3.0. All of the new tools are gone after reloading the software. Please advise as i need them for a current project...thank you very much..jonathan

Might be your problem with it. you might try opening it up in photoshop and re size it, and possible crop it the just the letter P."

But I have had problems with jpegs that had corrupted info. It happens sometime in how it was saved or where it was saved from. As you found out, most time saving it as bmp will work.
